Unlike traditional mixing and shearing, the high pressure microfluidic homogenizer uses pressures up to 420 MPa to drive materials through precision diamond-interlocking microchannels. Supersonic jets generate shear, impact, and cavitation forces that efficiently refine materials to the nanoscale with exceptional uniformity, far exceeding conventional methods.
